Your mission

About the Role

At Banxware, our CRM is more than a contact database - it’s the connective tissue between Marketing, Growth, and Operations. As our CRM & Automation Manager, you’ll take full ownership of this system and shape how our teams engage with leads, partners, and customers at every stage of the lifecycle.
This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, thinks in systems, and finds genuine satisfaction in turning a messy process into something clean, reliable, and repeatable. You’ll spend most of your time deep in HubSpot - building, maintaining, and improving the foundation that keeps our go-to-market engine running - while also owning a layer of workflow automation that connects our tools and removes friction for internal teams.

What You’ll Do

CRM Ownership (primary focus)

  • Be a core member of the team responsible for HubSpot: contributing to architecture decisions, maintaining data hygiene, pipeline configuration, lifecycle stages, and user access
  • Design and maintain segmentation logic, contact properties, and reporting structures that give Marketing and Growth clear visibility into the funnel
  • Build and optimize lifecycle workflows - lead nurturing, onboarding sequences, partner communications - ensuring the right touchpoint reaches the right contact at the right moment
  • Partner with Growth and Marketing to translate campaign and product requirements into CRM logic, from lead routing rules to re-engagement flows
  • Own HubSpot reporting and dashboards: build and maintain views that give Marketing, Growth, and Leadership clear, reliable visibility into pipeline health, campaign performance, and lifecycle metrics - and proactively flag what the numbers are telling us
  • Keep data clean and trustworthy: manage sync between HubSpot and connected systems (product data, operations tools, data warehouse) and proactively address gaps or inconsistencies
  • Ensure all CRM activity remains compliant with GDPR and internal data governance standards
  • Document CRM processes, train stakeholders, and act as the go-to resource when teams have questions about how the system works

Automation & Integrations (supporting focus)

  • Build and manage automation workflows in Make.com that connect HubSpot with third-party tools and internal systems
  • Support API-based integration use cases in collaboration with Product and Engineering
  • Identify and eliminate manual, repetitive tasks across teams through targeted automation -always with an eye on reliability and maintainability

Your profile

  • 4–6 years of experience in CRM, and/or in business enablement roles such as marketing operations, revenue operations, or a closely related discipline
  • Solid, hands-on HubSpot experience - you know your way around pipelines, workflows, properties, lists, and reporting without needing a guide
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms
  • A systems mindset: you naturally think about how pieces connect, where things can break, and how to build for scale
  • Comfort working with structured data across multiple platforms - you don’t need to be a developer, but you’re not intimidated by an API doc or a data mapping exercise
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences; you can explain a complex workflow to a marketer and a data model to an engineer
  • A proactive, ownership-oriented approach - you spot what needs to be fixed and you fix it; you know how to prioritize competing demands, break down complex processes into manageable parts, and move forward with clarity, with documentation to follow
  • Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
